Anthony studied at the Guilford, Harrow and St. Martin's Schools of Art and has worked with many studios, advertising agencies and publishers throughout the United Kingdom. He has produced bookcovers and illustrations for many of them and about seven hundred of Anthony's paintings and designs have been used within the greetings card industry. His paintings appear in collections thrioughout the world including the collection of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II and H.R.H. Prince Philip.
Anthony is perhaps best known for his powerful collection of Under Milkwood paintings which have been likened in style to that of Beryl Cook and Anthony Green R.A.
